You fill out all of your information for a mortgage loan, get the pre-approval, they tell you to reach back out when you find a house so they can turn the pre-approval into a mortgage application. When that time comes, only THEN do they say, “Oh. Pittsburgh is out of our lending region.” You couldn’t have caught that beforehand? Then proceeds to not answer my emails.
