"I am giving this shop one star for failure to post or communicate their strict “store-credit only” return policy. It is illegal not to do so. It is not even printed on the receipt. Despite this, they were completely obnoxious about allowing us to return two sweatshirts that were purchased less than 24 hours prior. They were still in the bag with the tags on and receipt in-hand. We had to come back three separate times before they would provide a refund. Beautiful jewelry, but after the attitude we got from the employees and the owner, will never shop there again. It’s a shame because I like to support local businesses."
