"Don’t shop at any other jeweler in buffalo, Brian Michaels is THE BEST in town. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers, not only that, that go out of their way to try and save you money. Every single one of the staff is amazing and friendly but hats off to Jennifer. She is wonderful and caring and listens to what you want and tries to make it happen, while also providing her expertise and suggestions. I had to get my rings resized because I bought them out of the country and when we put the whole set together the rings were just too tight to be comfortable. Jennifer 1st tried to save me money by resizing just 1 ring, but when I got the ring back I realized I just didn’t like the look and feel of it. So I decided that I wanted to just go ahead and resize them all. Pro-tip… if you have 3 rings, just get them all resized, the different size bands do not look very good together. Jennifer was great and such a help, the whole team there is excellent. You will be disappointed if you waste your time going to another jeweler because these people treat you like family here. "I went in with an interesting project and I wasn't sure that it was something that could be done. My mother gave me her engagement ring from my late father and said I should do something with it. I went into Brian Michael's wanting 3 rings to be made from it, two identical for myself and my sister, and one small one for my daughter for when she is older. A little piece of our history of each of us. They worked with me through the design process to the final result and I am so thrilled with how it turned out. I appreciated the personal touch and sincere care that went into this meaningful project.
