"This family owned jewelry store is the best. I had a channel set tanzynite ring purchased in carribean several years ago that became too small. Several local jewelers on the west side of Rochester said nothing could be done bc of the multiple stones in channel setting. I found Forsythe and chose to make the drive to the east side hoping for a miracle and it was found. They were able to ream down part of the silver setting just enough so I could wear again. I could not be happier. I have also had a few other valued pieces inspected and repaired. I can say that Whole Foods or Trader Joes was never worth the drive to the east side but I have been to Forsythe several times in the last few weeks and expect to be back again at Christmas. Forsythes' entire staff are friendly, down to earth, and welcoming. More importantly, I trust them. I know there will be no shady business of switching stones or anything of that sort. All repairs are done on site by reputable and knowledgeable professionals. I love Forsythe and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality, family owned, jewelry store."
