"I called in a ride for my patients the day before their appointment. I had all of the correct information in the system. The ride never showed up to get them. I called and spoke with the "manager/owner" to see where they were and she said that because they weren't able to contact my patient they didn't go because supposedly because of Covid-19 they have had a lot of no-shows. I know I had the correct phone number for our patient and she showed us the call log where nobody tried to contact her at all. She waited outside with her children and the little one got a stuffy nose because it was so cold outside. I asked if the company could still go get my patient and was told that they do not have a vehicle to accommodate them nearby. We now have to pay our hygienist to see no patients for the rest of the morning at no fault of the patient. My patient told my secretary she will never be using Carrying Hands again. I am livid."
