"Horrible service. Paid for powder set a week ago , nails are now falling off which has now ruined my natural nails, In a week4 nails have fallen off completely !! Nail tech wanted to work on 3 people at the same time so she left me soaking for an hour while she tended to the other two back and fourth, i ended up grabbing cotton balls and removing nails myself, Nails were super bulky and they just looked really really bad."

"Hair service is always amazing ! Nails however not so much, went for a fill in and my 1 nail came out shorter than the rest and the lady who did my nails, was very nice but couldn’t do the two designs I asked for and didn’t make much an effort to try. Left me with lazy black lines. Will only be returning for hair services"

"Didn't get the hair cut or highlights i showed them pic of that i wanted, nothing like it at all. I've gone there before and 2 years ago the new guys did an awesome haircut, then about a year ago that guy was gone and there was another new guy, who gave me an awesome cut and convinced me to get highlights based on the pic of hairstyle i wanted because I've never colored my hair before. He did such a grest job, i went back about 3 times to him and always a great hair cut just like pics i show him. Then a few weeks ago I went back and he too was gone and yet another new guy. Unfortunately this new guy doesn't speak much English and didn't do an awesome haircut or highlights. I was very disappointed. Waxing and pedicure are usually good."
