"DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in for a gel manicure and the nail tech cut my cuticle. My finger got infected (see the green spot on the picture attached) and had gotten much more swollen and painful as the days went on. I was out of the country and it didn't get better until my family member removed a large amount of pus from my finger with a pin needle, which was a pretty traumatic experience. I contacted the nail salon when I got back and they were very rude and told me there are no refunds."

"Overpriced and rude techs. She was upset when I asked her to change my nail shape to square instead of whatever shape she was doing. She said she asked me if it was ok and she never did and started yelling in her language, when she saw I was upset by her reaction she said it was hard work. Rainbow on Myrtle Ave charges 10 to 20 dollars less, and at the end they spray your hand, give you a quick hand massage and put lotion on. The lady basically tossed the hot towel at me and I just wiped my hands after I washed them. She kept burning my fingers with the nail drill and it was obvious she didn't care that I was trying to tell her. Not to mention, cliché nail salon where they talk smack about you in their language like you can't notice. The nails were okay, average quality. I'm a simple and generous person. She charged me 50$ for just one color short nails just because I needed two extensions on broken nails. Myrtle Ave rainbow don't charge extra for that. It was an extra 20$ for the extensions because I got acrylic which is $30. Never going back again."

"I am a loyal customer here, their prices are great and the quality of services are as well. I tend to lean towards the people I know are good, like the owners Sam and Helen, but I haven't had a bad experience with the new people either. Today I got a pedi and SNS with tips, the girl was someone I've never seen before (sits right by the door) and she did an awesome job!"
