"Horrible service I always give this place a another chance but today was the last straw The lady doing my nails was extremely rude as hell and the salon is dirty They really should close this place down. I will not be wasting my money here ever again."

"I went for a gel pedicure and the young lady doing my feet was extremely rough, I kept saying “ouch” to let her know she was hurting me and being way too rough but she continued. Long story short, after 4 times letting her know she was hurting me she ended up cutting my foot and making it bleed so I asked could someone else finish because it wasn’t going to work. The owner of the shop I’m guessing then told me no and that I can go get serviced somewhere else. I initially began to record because I didn’t want there to be any drama & even offered to show the owner the recording but she insisted that I was lying because she has knowledge of the lady doing my pedicure being “gentle”. They kicked me out, were very rude and dismissive. Even the other costumers were telling them they were wrong and to apologize to me. But of course they did not! I will never come here again."

"I dislike the customer service. My nails came out good. However, I came in about 45 minutes until closing time and I asked for a regular mani and pedi. This service seems like a problem because I didn't want to get gel polish on my feet. I agree to getting gel polish on my fingers nails because I understood that the Salon was closing soon and I also was press for time. I felt like I was being talked about, I just wished that they would show more respect for their customers and if they didn't want to serve me they should of just said that they couldn't. I feel like People equest services for many reasons, in the past gel polish seemed to also ruin my toes nails for some reason and a nail tech actually told me that I shouldn't put gel polish on my toe nails because my nails are too sensitive. I was just trying to get my nails cleaned up for my son's graduation, SMH."

"I’m extremely unhappy and disappointed with my nails and would not be coming back. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for acrylic nails. I repeatedly had to correct him on how i wanted the shape of my nails, which was tapered square, and made a scene in front of the salon and started asking everyone to look at my nails and ask if they were tapered square. He then proceeded to speak his language to his coworkers and made me feel like i was crazy. He would laugh when i would continue to correct him on the shape of my nails and say that he has no idea what square i want. He in fact proceeded to round my nails. He had an attitude for the rest of the session because he knew that i was unhappy with my nails. This was the first and last time i will waste my money on such service."
