"Please read all the reviews, it's obvious he doesn't care or respond with any professionalism to his contracts through HomeServe. Blue Vision Appliance Repair and the guy who does all the work, Mounir, who may be the owner as well, is a complete embarrassment and rip off. HomeServe should drop him as he tarnishes their name. He is rude and dishonest and manipulative. He gave times he would be there and didn't show up. He asked us to call him at a certain time the next day and went AWOL for 3 days. He never returns calls, he never shows up on time. he showed up wanting to do work at 8 PM after promising to be there between 8 AM and 12 PM, and then 12 PM and 4 PM because someone had to leave for work at 4 PM. He never showed and then came at 8 PM and spent a half hour working on our refrigerator unit claiming he was cleaning rusty wires and then reported to HomeServe he was there all day. When you catch him or question him on his inconsistencies and lies he snaps at you and then becomes angry and hostile and even more rude, asking you not to call HomeServe for updates. Apparently he answers for them but treats the customer terrible. So the situation escalated to him lying to HomeServe and lying to us and then HomeServe being stuck in the middle. HomeServe spoke with him and he promised to give an update by a certain day, he made the promise to HomeServe and to us. When that time and day came, he never called and never gave an update. He went back on his word more times then he's seen an appliance. Also, this expert looked at the unit to diagnosis a problem, and then worked on it briefly once and in his two trips to the house accomplished nothing and did not solve any problems. It took him that much time to figure out the refrigerator needed a new compressor when the HVAC guy was over the week before and opened the door and looked at it quickly and said I think you need a new compressor and he doesn't even work on appliances. His competency is even in question. Unless he just seems incompetent because of his tangled web of lies and falsehoods and inconsistencies. His stories change depending on who he talks too. He tells HomeServe one thing and us another. He schmoozes HomeServe and really disrespects and abuses the customers. HomeServe needs to cut him loose and get dependable and reliable and HONEST contractors. He must dedicate himself to certain jobs that he charges a lot of money to rich clients and rips them off to stay in business because I can't see any other way his company is still operating. Blue Vision Appliance Repair has been the worst contractor or appliance service I've ever encountered. If he gets assigned to you, turn it down. If you're considering him to hire, I'd look elsewhere because odds are someone with this track record will most likely be ripping you off inn some capacity and overcharging you if he's actually showing up."

The technician was very knowledgeable, knew what was wrong and order the parts so he could repair it. Once the parts were in he made time to come back an fix everything.
