"After buying an apartment, I tried to replace the windows for over a year, some companies did not have insurance, some windows were of poor quality, some charged me such a high price, I left the office surprised. Finally, I managed to find this company, which, with German precision, arrived exactly at the appointed time, installed the windows and worked so cleanly that my apartment did not look as if the craftsmen had left the apartment a few minutes ago. The price is reasonable, the people are smiling and cheerful, the craftsmen are professional, the windows are precisely fitted and of high quality. "Amazing experience! My window's glass got broken, so I googled for my options. Turned out Safebuddy LLC was perfectly right choice. After my evening call they responded quickly, asked for the photo, then came in next morning, explained the situation (the window and frame was non-standard ones and old enough for a quick replacement). Amazingly, George and his partner were able to do their work in a timely manner, even w/o leaving our neighborhood, and it took about an hour or so! From measurement to completion, like a fairy tale! And the price was absolutely reasonable, considering inconvenient window location, style, timing, etc. Very professional and polite personalities, extremely responsible and reliable, they care for quality and customers satisfaction. What else do you need once something like this happened? Double highly recommended!!!"
"George and his crew saved me! My renovation was soooooo behind and we needed someone else to come install our windows asap. From the very first call that I made, the job was done in 3 days. They even added some trim to a window that they didn’t install so it would match the rest of them. I’m the MOST picky, detail-oriented person ever and I am THRILLED with the finished product. If George could do the rest of my renovation I’d hire him in a heartbeat. (Note: these photos are still in a very much under-construction home, so the windows aren’t exactly clean.)"
