"They replaced my keyboard, were honest about the part being on backorder and it then was repaired. A few months later the keyboard broke again, when i questioned the store and asked if they could take a look at, they told me they could reorder the part and fix it again, this was not an acceptable solution , why would i pay double and wait again ? 2 stars for the intial communication only, but overall service did not feel honest."

"Absolutely do not recommend. Told me he could fix my laptop, so I paid him $150 for a 'motherboard replacement'. My laptop still did not work after, so I took it back. This cycle repeated for an entire month until I gave up and took my laptop to a different place. At the other place, the guy told me that Mr. Fix did not replace my motherboard, and it would not even be possible for them to do so for only $150. Terrible service, and a huge waste of time. Also, one of the times I went in the store there was a man in front of me who just received his 'fixed' laptop and he asked the man working there how he fixed it. He replied 'just an update' and when he saw that the other man was not happy with that, he lied and told him he 'removed the viruses' from his computer. The only problem the man had was that he needed to update his wifi drivers (which takes 5 minutes, and costs $0). The guy working at Mr. Fix ended up charging the man nearly $50. I do not recommend this place at all, and strongly advise you stay away from it. Especially if you do not understand computers, it is very easy to get scammed by these guys. There are many other places around, and you should go to those instead."

"The service and price at this repair shop is remarkable. He stated he would have my iPad repaired in 3 hours. I called him like 2 to 2 1/2 hours later and he was finish just needed to everything was working ok. I would recommend this place for any cell phone, iPad or computer screens"
