"Marc is rude, unprofessional, arrogant and frankly, too expensive for the work he does. Look elsewhere for your tax needs. He talked to me like I was a child over the telephone, was extremely rude, and could not even extend an apology. When I called him on his unprofessional behavior, this is what he threatened me with: “ while the work was essentially done, you can discard the new bill that was sent to you. you have the returns i prepared and if you choose to utilize them to file your return in another fashion, there is clearly nothing i can do to stop you. however, please be advised that you are not authorized to file any paper returns that contain my signature or preparer information. if my IRS log shows any such filing, i will notify them that it was unauthorized.” I would look elsewhere for your tax services."
