"SCAMMER ALERT! Please Do NOT trust them with your taxes. They are incredibly unprofessional, file taxes incorrectly and ignore calls after they take your money. If you file with them, don’t expect to ever get your refund. Instead, you will have to go back and forth with the IRS for MONTHS just to figure out what’s going on with YOUR money. Also he doesn’t even provide a receipt to show how much he charges for this terrible service. This place is sketchy and I’m pretty sure what they’re doing is illegal!"
"First and last time I'm doing my taxes with this place. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for an accountant to do their taxes, not to do it here. I completed my 2020 taxes with this establishment and it was filled in incorrectly. Now I have to verify my identity with the IRS go through months of paperwork and bureaucracy. Just so that I can get my tax return before October. What's also damning is that when I call for assistance, either no one picks up or he is on vacation and no one can help. Do not go to him"
"I have done my taxes with this person for the last 5 years however the last time I did my taxes 2019 he screwed up my taxes I never received my taxes as he failed to submit a form that was needed. They never answer the phone. The people that do answer always seem annoyed or do not understand anything. Raul avoids speaking to clients a lot through the phone. This place is extremely unprofessional. I would never do my taxes here again."
"Terrible experience his employee service is extremely poor and that if you don’t speak Spanish. Don’t disrespect at all but it’s not right if I call and I speak English that I’m put on hold and I can hear the employee talking to someone in Spanish that came after me isn’t fair at all. Then I paid for my taxes and was told that it was done then when I went to pick up my file I was told that it wasn’t finished. The lack of communication is so far beyond fixing because he’s been in business for so long smh. Never again"
"He messed up my taxes big time. I do not recommend him at all. Never send my previous taxes to the irs. Never got my refund and now i owe the state money that i shouldn’t owe. Also charge a lot of money to do taxes and no receipt given. Horrible service."
