"I never write reviews but I felt like I had to here. I went to this salon for a gel manicure. They used the drill (why!?) and made my nails so thin. The woman kept forgetting which nails she already applied product to… and my polish chipped on multiple nails later THE SAME DAY!! By the next day more nails were chipping!? Very disappointed. But I will say they were nice."

"I will never go here again I have my nails done and in four days they all popped off like they will press on Nails . I had a powder manicure supposed to last two weeks. I called the salon and told them what happened and they refused to correct it or fix it for me, so disappointed !! Their customer service is terrible. They just lost me as a customer and I will not be recommending them to anyone I know!!!"

"I will never go to this place again. After 4 days my powder gel popped off like they were press on nails. I called and asked if they can fix them and they said water is not good for the nails. When I explained I barely had my nails in water she said they can not fix them or give me a refund. Extremely disappointed."

All of the nail techs are truly good humans at this location and are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. "I feel terrible writing this review but this place is extremely unsanitary. After my experience this week, I felt like I had to share what happened to prevent other customers from going here or at least make them aware (bring sanitizer!). First off, as I left I saw them rinse the tools they used on my feet/hands under plain water in the pedicure basin and then bring it to the next customer- gross. I got a cut on my cuticle since the person was rushing. To stop the blooding they attempted to use clear nail polish to stop the bleeding then put the bloody nail polish brush back into the bottle to continue using for other people!!! There was a blood drop on the brush and it was just put back in and left to reuse!!! Then it didn’t stop bleeding so they dropped crazy glue into my open wound and it burned so badly! The bloody paper towel that she used on my bleeding finger was still sitting on the table when I left and she didn’t even wipe the surface off when she finally threw it away to take another customer at the table. To matters worse, when they cut my finger she did not get gloves when trying to handle it. I was pretty grossed out after the whole experience and my cut hurt. When I went to pay, the lady who did my manicure just stood there waiting for a tip even after seeing how unhappy I was with my unsanitary and unpleasant manicure. The pedicure was good but just beware that this isn’t the place to go to if you’re looking for a clean and sanitary experience."
