"Lisa and her daughter are incredible talented and friendly. But first when I called to schedule an appointment I request Lisa to be the one to do my nails. The receptionist said that Lisa have availability and she scheduled me with her. When I came to the Salon she said that my appt it is not with Lisa, it’s with somebody else. I try not to argue so I did my nails with this other lady. So she did the most horrible nails someone did to me. The shape of the nail was like a beak of a duck, when I request an almond shape. Also the way this lady painted was horrible. I had to pay a hundred and something bucks for something I did not like. I was very upset and I let them know. I go to this salon because they are very delicate, perfectionist and creative. But if I requested my appointment with a specific person and they don't have space. It is wrong that they tell me that it is with who I want and when I get to the salon they said I didn’t make the appointment with the person I requested. That is totally unacceptable."
