"The man is very rude and lacks professionalism. I showed Wendy (nail tech) how I wanted my pedicure done as I got them done in this style the last time (French) at this same establishment and she stated that she could do it. Her French was sloppy, she did not keep my nails square as I requested and the color was off. Upon telling them this is now I wanted, Wendy started being rough with removing the gel that she placed on. Once done, the owner argued with me about why I was wrong about how the color should look etc. I then proceeded to show him Instagram photos of how French looks on their Instagram site and explained that the color that showed on what Wendy did looked near pinkish purple and not a clear pink color like French should look. He rudely dismissed me and walked away. How are you upset that your employee did my toes incorrectly and I wanted them fixed? It took for another lady employee to step in and tell him that she would fix it in order for him to calm down and stop being disrespectful. It’s really not that hard to make a basic French look like French and I shouldn’t have to direct a professional nail tech on how it should look. I also shouldn’t have to yell to get my point across and that’s not even how I am in my daily life however the guy was verbally attacking me. I will leave a picture of how I had my toes done before I came and this was done at this place. I didn’t get to take a picture of how Wendy did it but I wished I did. It looked like I did it. I simply think if you don’t know how to freehand properly then you shouldn’t offer to do French and should stop being greedy and pass a customer on to another tech who does. Like I showed them the picture I had below and they still messed it up."

"I was a walk in came here from out of town. The staff was very nice. My nails where done exactly as I requested. Thank you CoCo for treating me with kindness you’ve done an amazing job thank you ! I’m glad My Niece recommended me!"

"Depending on when you go, you may expect to wait for a little bit (nighttime and weekends especially). However, don't let this deter you. I was recommended this place by a friend and have been going here a year. They've done amazing designs on my nails and never fail to do a good job. I definitely recommend giving them a shot! The pictures I have are of soft gel, which is their specialty."

"I will never go back!!!! I was just there today May 26, 2022 and the only man that works there (the owner)was so rude and disrespectful to my daughter. Long story short I originally was there yesterday but it was packed so I went back earlier to get a pedicure and gel manicure and at the time I paid for my daughters gel manicure so that our favorite manicurist Elin could do her nails around 6:30pm. My daughter actually arrived at 6pm she waited for 45 minutes patiently as we always do. May began her pedicure at around 6:45pm. When she was done the owner insisted that she be seated near him, as he began to start she said I’m am waiting for Elin. He began to shout and speak aggressive saying “Elin don’t have time!” She tried to tell him that she was there yesterday waiting and was already told to return today. He then tried to start he nails anyway while shouting in Chinese telling Elin that she was not doing her nails. This is NOT the first time that HE has treated his customers and employees horrible. The same thing happened to me last week. My daughter just got upset and called me so I went inside and tried to ask him what was the real issue with Elin doing her nails when I already paid for it? I also said loud and clear she’s just waiting we already know you can’t make appointments so what’s the problem? He refused to engage with me to explain. Elin then came to explain that if the customer is not getting extension or some sort of tip then he doesn’t see it as a priority. This is absurd to me, we always spend over $150 because we are not afraid to splurge with the designs and we tip graciously which is my daughters doing because she says we have to appreciate people who treat us good and have skills. More importantly we have been going there for over two years consistently so much that Elin and the rest of the staff know the routine when we walk in. It’s upsetting and disheartening that this will cease our business with the salon. If you’re reading this and support that owner who can treat any women or customer nasty I’m sure you’ll soon experience this treatment. Below see the photo of the owner. We will miss Elin and May most. My opinion is that he is jealous that Elin is popular."
