"First few times I went here they did exactly what I asked. This time? It was horrendous. I asked for Pure Black dip powder with tips. The lady refused to do tips because she said it would take too long. Are these your nails or mine? She then mixed the powder with liquid and built it up on my nail. I repeatedly said “Is this dip powder, is this dip powder, or is this acrylic?” She said it is dip powder. Even the tech and customers on either side of me kept making confused looks at her work. Well she lied because this process was for acrylic. The color I got was not pure black it was a dark sparkly gray which is so ugly. She made the nails super thick and I kept telling her I wanted them thin, she said they have to be thick because my nail is curved. This has never been an issue anywhere in the past, especially because my nail is not curved. She also did them so far away from the cuticle and told me to come back in two weeks for a fill, as if they will last that long. And the work is very messy, it got all underneath my nail, just completely rushed. I paid $55 and tipped because I always do but I will be returning tomorrow to get them redone. Looks like chiclets I hate them."

"Came here and unfortunately won’t be returning. I came in looking for a Gel pedicure. A standard gel pedicure, nothing more, nothing less. As we sat down and I was getting situated, the woman who was helping me handed me a card with some of their spa pedicure options (totally fine and appreciated her telling me about the additional services they offer) but I declined and said no thank you! She said okay and started the pedicure. 30 seconds in, she asks me again if I want to do a spa pedicure. I said no thank you (very pleasantly) again. She said okay. Another minute or so goes by and AGAIN, she asks me if I want the spa pedicure because it’s “better.” This time she has the pamphlet and is pointing to them. At this point I’m annoyed because I already said three times I did NOT want the spa pedicure option.. and I hate feeling pressured into things especially when I’m just trying to relax. I say no again, in a polite way. Finally she gets it. Then, we finish and I take cash out from the ATM. I hand her a 20 and ask her for change. She hands me back two tens (clearly trying to force me to give her one of those tens as a tip) I had some singles in my purse already, so my plan was to take one five dollar bill and pair it with my three singles in my purse (an 8 dollar tip) on a service that was around 30 dollars. That’s more than 20%. When she gives me the two tens I say oh no can I please have one ten and two fives. She huffs and agrees. Then, she only hands me back 15 dollars and says “five for me” and I was like yes of course, I actually planned to give you more and I handed her the other three dollars so her tip was a total of 8. At this point I’m just annoyed and happy to get out of there. I totally understand needing to up-sell, but don’t coerce your customers into things. Needless to say I won’t be returning."

"Just left and I am pleased. Just got to BK and was looking for a nail salon for my natural nails. After many failed attempts I found one. Great job. Rain did her thang and I am very happy. A definite must go."
