"If you’re from NYC, you know if you walk into a nail salon and see a well loved aquarium set up, your nails are about to be blessed. They’re so nice, and the cute Shih Tzu is just a little angel. Also, when you’re getting a pedicure you need a massage chair or it doesn’t count. This is THE spot on Flatbush."
