"If I could give zero stars I would. Went for a fill in and I asked her to cut them down and she said no I have to leave them long. And I asked why? I need them shorter, I have a toddler and I would like them shorter. She said it's too much work for her and she doesn't want to do it and file them to keep the shape. Umm excuse me? I'm paying you for your services right? We pay extra for cut down right? Then she cut two of them randomly and huffs.. I told her never mind I will go somewhere else. To someone who listens to their clients. And she told me I have to pay $10 for the gel removal and the messed up cut down and partial removal. Umm no u will get $5. Never going back smh. Shame on the girl that sits on the left side at the 2nd desk.
