"A - I don't normally waste my time writing reviews. B - I am so livid and have no recourse this seems the only way to try to get my issue resolved. I had pick up delivery but the service was very poor. I went in personally to cancel the service and settle up my bill and when I got the total it seemed rather high to me. I mentioned this to the woman and she said "oh no, its in the system, it hasn't caught up yet, its good." When I got home my wife pulled up our bills and we were charged close to $60 over. I called them Sat. was told someone would call back. Called Monday, told someone would callback. Called Tuesday told someone would call back. Called Wed. and when I was told someone would call back I responded by saying this had gone of for days and if I didn't get a call back, then the next time I called I wouldn't be so pleasant. Well, apparently this offended this pathetically rude woman on the other end of the phone and she hung up on me. I just called again, Friday, and she told me its not her problem. ADVICE - Stay as far away from this business as you can - they are HORRIBLE people."

"I have been a customer of Gilman’s since 2000. I’m am getting frustrated with their services. I was promised to have my dry cleaning ready within 3 days due to leaving town for the holidays. I gave them an extra day and my order was not completed, I requested to get my sweater back and I was told by the desk clerk that she did not have time to look for it. In the meantime there was someone sitting in the office that could have assisted instead of sitting doing nothing. Also,several times I had to either send my jeans back, or in this case because I didn’t check the order when I received it 2 weeks ago, that my jeans where not pressed properly. I am so disappointed, please encourage your staff to improve. Thank you"

"I can't understand how a cleaners will give you shirts like this. I was in a rush to go to work to put my car at the hotel my patner ask what happened to your shirts. I will not comeback to this place . You paid for this service and a professional cleaner will make sure the clothes are well made."

"Excellent customer service! I had purchased my flower girls dress on clearance but it had a couple of dark marks on the front of the dress. The woman at the store I purchased the dress referred me here. She said, "They were great!" I had my fiance bring in the dress to see if they could do anything as the wedding is in 5 days! He calls me and says, "They are great!" He went on to tell me he walked in and told the woman at the front desk what was going on then she called the owner over. The owner took a look at the dress and proceeded to ask my husband if he had a few minutes. My husband said "Yes I do." My husband then says "Guess what?" "The owner came back in a matter of minutes!" And I couldn't tell where the marks were!" You guys saved the day! Thank you Gilman Cleaners!"
