"On 9 May, I ordered some items from this company through the website. I received the order confirmation including a statement in the confirmation of a 3-day Fed-Ex shipping. As of today, 18 May, I have received absolutely no further correspondence from them. I called them two days ago during their open hours to be told they had just opened and they’d have to get back with me. The guy didn’t even know who he was supposed to get back to.. Needkess to say, he didn’t call me back. I called today- a lady answered -I explained why I was calling and she said she would transfer me to Denny... She dropped the transfer and Denny never answered. I called back. She took my name, phone number and order number and said Denny would call me back. NO CALL BACK. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They took my payment, but have not provided the product."
