"My brother passed away unexpectedly on July 17th 2020. We cleaned out his apartment and returned the keys on 8/4/20. We were told by management that death is not a reason to break the lease and that they will sue his estate for the remainder of the lease. If death is not a reason to break the lease what is? They shoe no compassion for family it’s all about the money. Stay away from Fairfield they are a farce."
