"This company was utilized as a 3rd party vendor for the apartment complex that I live in. They entered my home with total and absolute disregard. (I have cameras in my apartment) they did not wear booties on their feet and walked with work boots all over my area rug that was purchase for my little grand children to play on. Nor did they wear their masks properly (they were on their chins). Last time I checked Covid is out there and some people like me are compromised. I have a sign on my door with specific instructions that we’re completely ignored. I have respiratory copd and emphysema. This is the SECOND time they did this in my home. Their first visit they did the same thing. Which led to me making my sign and less than a week later my home is violated and disrespected again. I now have to sanitize my home, shampoo my area rug now. I do NOT recommend this company. Not professional at all. I work in healthcare and service industries and I know the high expectations that I am held to so I expect the same. This service was almost as low as it can get."
