"Went to an open house associated Sewanhaka Realty. Waited on line for 40 minutes bc only letting people go one group at a time in the cold. Met with Lisa Koenig who after having seen us on line, told us we cannot see the house and if our agent were doing their job we would know that. Told us she can’t communicate with us any longer and rejected us from entering the home. The listing does not inform possible buyers of this “rule” that agent must accompany the buyers on the public listing. Rude, hostile, unfriendly."

"dealt with a pretty nasty agent who works here making IMO racist jokes to talk away from, totally inexcusable awfulness going on with Sewanhaka Realty employee. craigslist-contact is a red flag IMO bc then they can't be held accountable. too much of these garbage realtors on LI. stick w the longer-term employees, not the new people they rush-hire."

"Needed an apartment ASAP in early 2021 after recovering from COVID. Needed first floor with out steps which would allow for wheelchair access. Lisa went out of her way to find me a nice place, videotaped a tour of each room and sent it to me. I was moved in within a week of her finding my new apartment. I love it. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you Lisa, Patrick and all of Sewanhaka Realty!"

"I called here and the a man answered the phone he was abrupt and seemed not to care that he was getting a call from a customer. He was kind of nasty as he told me there are very few apts that accept pets. Does he know people who are moving may need some encouragement ? Very bad disposition and customer service for sure. I was not looking to move for a few months thats why I am calling now because I know it takes time...to find a suitable pets place but why was he rude? I will never call there and will not suggest to friends."
