"Mitchell Homes management team and their lack luster attempt to have a 4 bedroom unit ready for us to move into. Talked to their tech named Bruno and his excuse was the floor guys where the culprit to all of the pictures. Notice the base boards are filthy. There’s evidence of a horrible, touch up paint job throughout the unit. The fuse panel is not only exposed but states the last time it was serviced was in 07. Mind you this is military housing and we are anticipating on paying 4 grand a month. Sorry but not sorry. How in the world did you guys land a DOD contract. This is robbery. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Guess this is New York standards"

"I lived in Mitchell for 4 years. It’s easy to move in (no first/last month/security deposit) and the staff is responsive to emergencies. The appliances are outdated as is the decor/layout and the community is non existent. But if you have kids or need more space this is the spot. If you’re a single military service member, I’d recommend you request a BAH advance in concurrence with your PCS and look elsewhere as this neighborhood is not for you."
