"This apartment complex is quiet and our neighbors were friendly. However the management and super were unprofessional. They only sprayed once and the apartment had roaches. I can't live with roaches. There was a leak in the ceiling and it turned in the movie "Dark Water". The super "Jorge" entered our apartment without warning while my teenage daughter was home alone. It's borderline predatory."

"The worst customer service skills. I have been calling for months to get an apartment and I always have a bad interaction with the staff of Baldwin Gardens. I was told multiple times an apartment was available then when I call again the same day or the next day to get more information they have no clue what I’m talking about. Anytime I tell them my partner or I called less than an hour or two ago and were told there was an apartment available they say it was probably already taken or a mistake. No one can ever give me a valid explanation on why the apartment was available then all of a sudden it’s not available. Baldwin Gardens loves to waste peoples time and they love to give people false hopes. They told me to fill out an application and drop it off in their mailbox but then when I call for the status of the apartment they have no clue what I’m talking about. They have staff in Philadelphia, PA and they don’t know whether an apartment is available or not. I left a call back request with the PA staff to speak with Stephanie directly and she never called me. She is no where to be found when I want an explanation on the availability on any apartments. Don’t waste you time with these apartments the whole staff is incompetent. Also I have been wait listed for months, but anytime an apartment is “available” I never get a call I have to constantly call myself to check if any apartments are available."

"Overall nice place to live. No bugs and lots of space. Great location! Only complaint is we moved into the apartment and there was literally a layer of dust across every inch. Maybe the previously did construction but we made sure to clean the apartment when we left yet they charged us money for cleaning. Make sure to take pictures so that you get your full deposit back!!!"
