"Be careful. When you sign the contract, read the fine print! The contract is for 5years and if you decide to go with another company ( whuch we did because it was a .70 cents difference per gallon..Long Energy is way too expensive) you then break the contract and are liable for the tank fees for the rest of the contract..steer clear. There are MANY companies in the area that are much much cheaper."

"When they were my company,they were coming out so often that on more than one occasion, my tank would only need like 8 gallons and their "compliance fee" was more than what the total was for the actual product. I called them and complained that when im paying more for a fee than i am for product, i shouldnt be needing a delivery. I told them that i wanted it where i would call them for a delievery and not just have them automatically bring it. The woman was rude and not happy about it, but i will say that they did comply with that. I had just had the tanks filled before I moved, and they told me that I would get no credit or anything because all sales are final. Hmm.. I live in a 2 apartment house. There are 2 separate companies for propane. Yesterday when I KNEW there was a propane leak, both companies tried to pawn it off on the other. Well once they decided that there was no leaks and having to deal with a nasty technician, I am the one who found the leak. When I told the technician this before he was leaving he had nothing but a nasty attitude and was extremely rude. I even said to him that he was a very unfriendly fellow. I also had more problems with this company that I havent written. I will never recommend them and the worst of it, is that they don't even care if there is a negative review or an unhappy customer. Bad company ."

"We have been customers of Long Energy for about 25 years and have always been happy with their service. Today it was taken to another level, we woke this morning to a hot house due to an air conditioning issue. I called and had a service technician here by 10 a.m. The gentleman’s name was Joe. I can’t tell you how kind, considerate and professional he was. Joe went out of his way to do any and everything to make sure our issues were taken care of. "I needed a new oil tank as mine was really old. I’ve had work done by other companies over the years by different oil companies and have not been happy. I called Long Energy and they said someone would come up to look at the job and give me a quote. I was shocked. He came at the time they said he would be here. He checked everything and gave me a quote and it was a very good price. I said ok. Put the new tank in. They came to do the install at the time promised. The 2 people that were here worked until it was done. They never stopped until it was done. They even did a cleanup job that was great. They had one of their oil trucks come up to give me a fill-up at a great price. First time I have been happy about having work done. I’ll stick with Long Energy for my oil and for any problems I have. Also, they are professional looking and take pride in their work and pride in their company. Go with Long Energy and you won’t be sorry."
