"Giving a rating of one star even though it deserves ZERO. Fairfield Properties is a money grubbing company that cares NOTHING for the tenants who occupy their buildings. Their only concern is the money the will make. Their rents are truly not affordable and without and kind of rent stabilization they have full reign to abuse their tenants with unfair rent and completely unfair rent increases every time you sign a new lease. This is one company that I will NEVER rent with ever again and I could NEVER consciously recommend to anyone else!"
