"These apartments have poor structure and zero soundproofing. There is absolutely no privacy. You can hear everything from other apartments- conversations, running, vacuuming, etc. Service requests take months before they are responded to. The refrigerator begun to malfunction within three months of moving in. The amount for rent is not worth the quality of this rental property. The “luxury” included within the name should be removed."
