"It has rats and roaches and it’s rarely clean and stuff is always breaking in this building the elevator and in my house this building is old and ran down just throw it all alway"
"The area is pretty getting but close to a lot of stores! I've lived here almost all my life, (I'm 12) and its been pretty good! Our rent is around 1,300, for a one bedroom, somewhat decent sized kitchen, a nice sized bedroom, and a pretty large living room (My mom divided it into half with a little standing divider, and one half became another bedroom.) The landlord needs to do something about the smoking though, because of someone smoking in an elevator it caught on fire! But it also affects my health as I have severe asthma and I've had asthma attacks before because of smoke and how people smoke inside the buildings. But its pretty nice. Right off of Jamaica Avenue and its pretty fair...."
