"Have been living here for some months and have had no complaints. Amenities are really nice and the building is secured meaning strangers are not able to just wander in randomly, unless let in. Concierge is always friendly, attentive, and receptive to tenant requests."
"I just toured this building and really liked the apartments that a I was shown. I appreciated the high-end appliances, especially the chef's kitchen. The building staff was nice, and the views were spectacular. The gym, dog park, and co-working spaces were my favorite."
"The building is fine, but don't suggest moving in here if you're expecting amenities anytime soon. They told us amenities would be open by March. They just opened the INSIDE of the rooftoop end of April, but haven't opened the outside, which is annoying because we only get a few months of warmth in NYC. No gym - who knows when that's opening (last I heard was June 1st - it's the 20th now). No parking garage, no nothing. And they just closed part of the interior rooftop for repairs. I would suggest waiting a year or so until they actually complete the building. Hard lesson for us."
