"Non inclusive board and management that are biased to certain tenants over certain others. The noise insulation is very poor in this building, and the floors are very thin. The carpeting and noise rules are very loosely enforced. If you happen to have inconsiderate upstairs neighbors, you will hear and feel every single heavy footstep and noise. We have been complaining about noise disturbances from upstairs tenants for almost 2 years, and yet no action has been taken by the management other than token complaint letters. No investigation, no meeting, nothing. The certain people that hold the monopoly on the board live comfortably on the top floors, taking advantage of the fact that most newer ethnic minority tenants don't challenge their monopoly. Do not move here."
