New Village at Patchogue

"Moved here from out-of-state without looking at an apartment in-person. Hands down best apartment complex in Patchogue. You pay for what you get. Buildings are well kept - you will see the cleaning crew daily. Never had as little as an ant in our apartment. Everyone in the office is nice and willing to help. Maintenance deserves their own paragraph. We've had to put in several maintenance requests (for minor things that were most likely our fault) and EVERY request was resolved within 24hrs. They always knock before entering and handle dogs well."

"Upon my search for apartment, I had the pleasure to make an appointment with Gabriella M. The facility itself is beautiful, and extremely well kept. Gabriella was extremely patient, professional and knowledgeable among the market along with the facility. She gave me a tour of a one bedroom and two bedroom pointing out main differences and perks of each room and location. She was not pushy and welcomed any questions at any given moment. Great facility and team! Highly recommend"

The location is convenient because of easy access to many restaurants and stores. They have a lot of events and opportunities to get together. "The New Village Apartments are a special place to live. The location on Main Street in Patchogue Is spectacular, with restaurants and coffee and bars, and things to do all over. But more important than that, the management at New Village Apartments is spectacular. They have holiday nights and movie nights and different events for the guests in the community room and elsewhere; and the staff is always trying to make the tenants happy. Even the maintenance program at New Village is amazing. ** They literally come to fix your problems, almost immediately, and do it very very well. The maintenance manager name Reggie can do almost anything — and he always comes by with a smile and very strong hands to help.
