"Update: appointment was scheduled by AI and there was a miscommunication within the computer system with the new federal holiday weekend. Spruce pond was very gracious in contacting us the next business day to apologize and explain the error. We did reschedule and view the apartments, which we are very glad about. Grounds are very clean and well kept. Family friendly community. Tom in the leasing office was very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. Scheduled a viewing via email with Lea which was confirmed by email and by text, however when we showed up the leasing office is closed with a sign posted on the door regarding the closure. There is no answer at any of the phone numbers provided by Lea or the email address for Lea. We drove 45 minutes for an appointment for nothing. Extremely unorganized, unprofessional and disappointing."
