"The maintenance team here is top notch! They respond quickly and are extremely reliable and professional. We had Dennis from maintenance here this week-he came right away and was able to quickly fix the issue. Dennis was incredibly courteous, helpful, kind, and professional. We had Joe the maintenance manager help us over the summer with a problem. Joe was eager to remedy the issue. He was extremely courteous, caring, helpful and professional. His follow up was also great! Raymond from maintenance did our walk through with us before we moved in and, he was also incredibly kind and courteous, helpful, patient, and professional. It’s really wonderful to live in a community that has such an exceptional maintenance team!"

"I recently moved into this community, Dena was extremely helpful, informative, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Julie, and Cindy were also very helpful and even checked in after my move in date to make sure everything went smooth and I was happy. Overall they made the move in process very convenient and made me feel very comfortable."

"We have been looking for a place to call home for about a month. I had called and spoke with Dena early in our search. She at the time was very helpful and responsive to all my questions over the phone, especially since this was the first time we were looking into a communal living. Never did I feel I was being rushed, she took the time to answer all my questions. Confident we had all our concerns answered we applied online on a Thursday evening. While we waited for our application to be processed, Saturday morning we went on a tour of the grounds. Dena and the office staff was so welcoming when we arrived for a tour of the grounds, especially since we had never made a appointment. Dena made us aware that our application was processed and approved. The turn around was so quick and easy. Dena took us around the property, showed us 2 different units and answered all our out outstanding questions. She sold us immediately. We are now moving in at the end of the month. The whole process was so seamless. We are excited to be moving to the community."
