"This place is truely disgusting….i was told an apartment would be available the end of last month. I waited to see the manager Angelo who out of nowhere tells me nothing is available because I have a section 8 voucher. Do not do business with this guy as the company whose been reported already doesn’t know what there own manager is doing."

"Well a positive would be that in our current housing market the price is right for a lot of living space. Thats where the positives end. -My kitchen doesn't have drawers and the super refuses to install them while every other unit has them, claiming it can't be done! -I feel like they favor the Spanish/Latin American tenant's. My nosey, nasty old Spanish woman neighbor gets sound proof padding on her ceiling and brand new moldings for free! Meanwhile they can't spare an half hour or less to install two drawers so I don't need to keep my silverware in the cabinet. -the handy men are lazy and do everything halfassed -not much storage space for more than one person -when trying to rent if you can't show enough income you need a gaurentor which is fine but I was spoken to and treated like a piece of garbage by the property manager. I'm not sure if they speak to every applicant in such a way but the property manager is not pleasant to deal with and conned us out of half a months rent. -wifi issue all the time -also hot water goes out often"
