The Allure Mineola

"In a recent dealing with the Management of The Allure - Mineola, as in the past, I was met with a high degree of professionalism, compassion and understanding. Furthermore, Diana Kelly and her maintenance supervisor Mike immediately solved my problem and were so easy to deal with. As a resident of another large apartment complex in the area (Long Island), I cannot say this about the other. Thanks to Diana Kelly and Mike, my issues have been resolved quickly and to my utmost appreciation. By far, The Allure-Mineola is a very well run and maintained building and the staff is always available, willing and capable of helping. Thank you!!!!!"

"If you’re looking to live in the neighborhood PLEASE choose Morgan Parc over this building. Only the outward appearance and monthly rent match their “luxury” claims. Service is terrible. Unless you’re aggressive every time you have a mail or utility issue, you won’t be taken care of. Building elevators are down 40% of the time. Both gates for the garage break down about once a month. There’s been multiple instances of police cars down the block. After moving out the one address change mailing company I missed sent packages to the Allure twice, and instead of sharing the forwarding address I provided after moving out, the office chose to simply deny shipment and have my time sensitive package sent back to sender. For the rents you’re paying here, you’re getting 3rd class service. If you are looking for luxury rentals in the area, the Morgan Parc is much more fitting, otherwise, you’re better off staying at any of the multiple apartment buildings around with marker rents but better resident care than the Allure."

This dedicated individual consistently goes above and beyond to assist all residents. Today Diana exemplified her exceptional commitment by graciously assisting me with carrying multiple bags up to my apartment. Diana’s kindness and willingness to help made a significant difference and truly brightened my day! I want to thank Bozzuto for employing such a professional, valuable member of our community. I hope Diana gets the recognition she deserves."

"Management is terrible they do not respond to issues/ concerns. Maintenance doesn’t keep up with their responsibilities such as dog urine all over the building within the hallways and on the stairs. Rent is way too overpriced while having these disgusting and unacceptable living conditions."

"Apartment is clean and has great amenities. Diana and the management team are always on top of it, great at communicating, and always kind. Could not be more satisfied with having chosen Allure over some of the other options the area."
