Eagle Rock Apartments at Carle Place

"My experience at living at Eagle Rock Carle Place was ok. The maintenance staff and super were very reliable. The property manager on the other hand should be fired! He is useless!"

"Absolutely unreachable and not following up with their appointments. I've been calling for a few days to get an info but no answer. So I went to see this place in person and was actually able to meet a person in the rental office. (I think it was Carlos) We agreed to meet next day at 12PM so I can check an apartment that I actually was about to take. On the next day at 12 PM no one was there and no one was answering the phone. I've been waiting for about 50 minutes on the cold and rainy weather and got nothing. Didn't meet anyone. I even came back there later again and no one still was at the office. And also another lady was waiting for the appointment at 12:15 PM and left after about 20 min of waiting as well. I was really hoping that bad reviews about all Eagle Rock apartments wasn't always the true. But unfortunately my experience just confirmed how bad they are. There is no respect for their potential residents and their time. "Thank you" Eagle Rock for wasting tons of my time on traveling there and waiting for them for nothing."
