"Called for a repair spoke to a representative when I asked if they can't fix the problem would I get my deposit back he told me I would not at that point I said well if you haven't fixed the problem why would you keep 95 dollars and am left with my problem not being fixed he said that's how it goes and told me to go out there and see how the real world works! Wow what a professional...scratch them off! Next ...."

"Use any other company instead. AD does not stand behind their contracts or their work and they apparently use defective parts. They repaired our microwave in 9/21 by changing a control board. It was back to the same issue within 18 months and they want to charge new fees to repair again although they advertise "high-quality parts that have been crafted with durability in mind, ensuring long-lasting and effective functionality" enabling us to "avoid the repetitive expenses of purchasing new components or the services of a technician to install them." This is completely false advertising and unacceptable."

"Beware that they will send someone out even if they do not know if they will able to fix it and charge you $95 for nothing. The guy literally said “I don’t know what that is” when I told him what my building said needed to be replaced. The woman on the phone who I reported the issue to should have confirmed that it is something he would be able to fix before sending someone out. It was a complete money-grab. Would never recommend them."

"Our dryer wasn’t working. Tech arrived on time,let us know the heating element was the problem, even showed us why it wasn’t working, replaced the part and even cleaned up the dryer for us. highly recommend them, tech was quick and friendly, plus pricing and service was good."
