"I've been living here for 2 years. Apartment is clean and neighbors are friendly. The train station is right on the corner. Easy access to the stores such as, CVS, Starbucks, liquor store, cleaners, Dunkin Donuts, Verizon, Deli, Chinese/Pizza place, and others. Personally speaking my only issue is finding parking on the street that is close to the building when I come home late at night. But I feel safe walking home, other than that I have no complains. Area is great!"

"Being an apartment building manager in Manhattan for over 30 years I've seen my share of disgruntled tenants. Every building has a few. When they want to get around the rules and don't get their way they start crying that management is horrible, they are stealing money!and the place is filled with bugs! Generally Management doesn't deal directly with subtenants leaving that up to the shareholder. The few that claim to be shareholders you have to question their sincerity and judgement. Why would any apartment owner trash in a public forum one of that largest investments in their lives??? Do they not think this will affect values? BOTTOM LINE. Look around. The grounds are kept well, the play area is maintained, the lobby, hallways and basement are clean, there is always heat and hot water. As a shareholder your questions are always answered by management. Are there some crazy , lazy sneaky cry babies? Sure, but not any more than a triple-the- price Manhattan co-op."

"I recently moved into an apartment that I have owned for some years. I have no complaints. On the contrary, my neighbors are friendly, quiet and respectful. I have not seen a bug anywhere inside or outside my apartment. The hallways, lobby, laundry room and grounds are well kept and clean. The complex is a 10 minute walk from the Metro North station; the Cross County Shopping Complex is within walking distance, and the bike trail/walking path along the Bronx River Parkway is not far. This is a wonderful place to live."

"For some reason the bad postings sound like a 1 angry person with multiple accounts. Per my experience place is very well maintained and my apartment is really clean. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to reside in a clean safe place 26 minutes by train to the city. Also love my neighbors and have no complaints."

"When I read the other postings I could not believe we were talking about the same place. I have been living in Fleetwood co-op for the last few years. I always felt safe in the building whether doing laundry in the basement or walking to metro north at night or mornings . My apartment is super clean and I never had any bugs and if I ever see one i will be sure to call management to get pest control in.After all, those services are included with the maintenance fees. I never had any problems with any of my neighbors although out of 400 apartments there must be one bad neighbor out there. Overall this is a family friendly well kept apartment complex and most of the people that work in the building or live here are also owners. A little back information is that Starbucks is a few steps away.Usually Starbucks spend millions in research before opening a location. When you see a Starbucks either means good location or upcoming neighbood."
