"We moved into the Lofts a month ago, our first time living in an apartment since we bought a house over 50 years ago. Michelle, Susan and David have been absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself suits us perfectly and having the fitness center on our floor is incredibly convenient. The neighbors are friendly and we look forward to participating in all the community activities. Having moved from a house, it's also great having our own storage space in the garage. The high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows bring in a tremendous amount of light so it's always bright and cheery even on cloudy days. The proximity to all kinds of shopping and restaurants is tremendously convenient. We are just delighted that we made this move."

"The building is nice but there is no management or service at all. No one answers calls or replies emails. There was a billing error existed for over 5 months and I have made 10+ calls & 20+ emails and it is still not fixed. Do yourself a favor and talk to the current residents before considering signing the lease."

"We've been here for 1.5 years. Great apartments and grounds. However after the property manager Nicole left, things fell apart. They have literally had 4 different property managers in the last 5 months and can't hold on to any of them. The current one talks a big game about her prior PM experience in the Big Apple but is ineffective at actually fixing issues like GDC blatantly overcharging residents and not fixing the bill, missing packages, loud neighbors, etc. She fired the maintenance guy Mario and the new guy literally won't show up for service requests. So luxury prices but not luxury service - or any. Prices have gotten so high they cant fill the units - when we moved in it was almost full occupancy. The unit next to us was vacant for 5 months before they put someone in it. There are likely better options now available in the area."

"We moved to the Lofts in September but lived here for a year in 2017. I guess that's saying something when you move back to the same apartment complex you lived at before! We love it here. There's a real sense of community which is what I lacked and craved in the past. There's an abundance of shops and restaurants, parks and libraries in the neighboring towns of Dobbs Ferry and Hastings and let's not forget the South County Trail right behind the complex which has been nothing short of spectacular this Fall season! I've attached a photo of the view of the trail from our bedroom window. You're also located in one of the best school districts living here in Ardsley. Additionally, Nicole and Mario take care of the residents really well. The cleaners have been here a few years too so that just goes to show that it's a great place to work/live. I have a 4 year old and she loves it here. LOVES it! I don't even have to take her to the park, she just enjoys running around on the beautifully landscaped grounds outside. Best yet, it's a quick 45 min drive to NYC and about the same on the train from Hastings. If you're looking for more space, a great commute, a sense of community and belonging, then this is it. Nothing else in the surrounding areas compares."

"I've been driving past this sign daily so I decided to call last week, I thought it'd be a great local access place to park and bring my dog on a walk using the trail. I was sadly disappointed when the woman I spoke with said although there's a public access ramp, non-resident cars are not allowed to park on the property. She stated "there's a shopping plaza right across the street you can park at." This is false information. Right across the street there is a business plaza. If she's referring to the plaza across the Saw Mill Parkway, half a mile away, then I'd just use that access point. This sign is very misleading and if you are trying to attract locals to use your access point, my suggestion would be to let them park there or take down the sign."
