"Beware!!! Lynx grill under warranty broke. They have been back 4 times to fix. 3rd and 4th time replaced the same part that was not broken. 5th time didn’t show and now say it’s to cold and can’t come back to Spring. Left grill disassembled, uncovered and filthy. Do not use them."

"STAY AWAY!!!!!!! They had an incompetent person (Joe Escobar) come and spend hours Damaging the machine instead of repairing it. Now the machine has been down for over 2 months. Instead of making right by it and replacing the unit they damaged completely. They decided to call LG AND TRY TO LOE AND VOID MY WARRANTY. Sterling appliance Group. I'll see you in court. A new machine would of been much cheaper than the payout you'll have to do now! Update to the reply. I've already contacted you directly and you've threatened to lie to LG TO HAVE MY EXTENDED WARRANTY VOIDED. At this point I refuse to contact you any further. Only other contact you'll receive is from either LG OR MY attorney."

"Mike, our serviceman showed up promptly for the scheduled time. He even called ahead to alert me that he was on the road and heading over. Mike took necessary measures to keep the area clean while he was diagnosed the problem. He was well trained and was able to quickly point to the problem. He immediately placed an order for the replacement part. Upon his return he once again took measures to protect the surrounding area and floor. We were very happy with the service that was provided and would highly recommend Mike and the Sterling Service Group for uiur repairs."

"Orlando did a great job. On time, thorough, provided excellent explanation of the issue, and what he was doing to resolve it. We will use this service whenever we need a repair, we also notified the appliance dealer who recommended the service to us of the excellent job that was done. We will recommend to friends and family."

"I had the most amazing service man fix my LG FRIDGE. JOE D was so professional and kind. He spent 7 hours without even taking a lunch break changing my mother board, compressor, freon hose and the dryer. He is truly a gen . They do not make them like him anymore. He even called me the next day to make sure everything was still working. I would definitely recommend Sterling."
