"During Covid we had a power outage that caused my 90in SHARP tv to completely stop working. No one would come to my home to fix it. Three years later I thought it would be a long shot to call this company in Brooklyn NY (I live in Suffolk county) to see if they make "house calls" When I spoke to Kay she assured me this issue could be fixed and sent her technician to my home. The tech came assessed the issue and had to order the backlights. He came back a week later with another tech and took apart the entire tv. I quickly found out how intense the repair was! Both technicians took such good care of removing such a big screen ensuring there was no damage during removal. Unfortunately even though the backlights were fixed I then found out the motherboard was also bad. Disappointingly I had to wait for the new part to come. As promised a week later the tech came back and now we have a beautiful FULLY working TV that I thought would NEVER be fixed. I can't thank NY Tech TV Repair enough! Kay, Farukh, and Simon really know there stuff! Alen was extremely helpful. He explained and answered all my questions. His prices are reasonable. NY Tech TV Repair goes above and beyond for there customers. I would definitely use them again!"
