Making the appointment was easy, I received a confirmation prior to arrival, the plumbers arrived within the timeframe scheduled, and completed the work. I am satisfied with my experience."

"Joe and his team are great and thorough. Joe made sure the work was done right and worked tirelessly until it was completed to his satisfaction. They changed out an old compact water and heat combination unit, including pipe reconfiguration to the new unit. Everything looks and works great! "So my initial reaction and feedback would have been very poor, there was some serious confusion between myself an the receptionist regarding scheduling the service and billing costs. I was very close to cancelling Pipe Wizard and calling someone else. I was only using Pipe Wizard because my regular plumber (TM Sanjurjo Mechanical) was moving his shop to another town and he couldn't help me out. Once Joe actually arrived at my house and took stock of the problem (kitchen sink would not drain for 4 days) He quickly took care of what was a very stubborn grease blockage. He also didn't like the way my trap was constructed and decided to replace mine with much better quality material. He did this free of charge. He also didn't like the poor water flow from my faucet and proceeded to take the faucet head apart and clean it out so that now we get great water flow. He happily talked with me the entire time about mutual acquaintances and experiences and life in general. Joe is a great guy, a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber, with a phenomenal work ethic that reminds me of a different generation. I can't recommend him enough. Don't hesitate to call Pipe Wizard."

"Rich was great. He was extremely helpful, identified the problem quickly, and provided a clear solution without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. As a bonus he even through in some advice on keeping the pipes clean and clear, which wasn’t related to the job but I think he just wanted to help out a new homeowner take care of their home. Would definitely recommend."
