"The building I was living in was sold in the interval between when I gave notice and when I moved out. Harline tried to bluff her way out of not paying me, finally coughed up a lease that hadn’t been renewed in eight years, and attempted to bill me for uncompleted work when I finally took them all to court. She did all she could to be as petty and miserable as possible, was dishonest and genuinely rude (interrupting me when I was talking to a mediator with her back to me so she could talk to him, doing it again IN FRONT OF A JUDGE...the list goes on). Didn’t know her stuff, poor people skills. Rent from her or use her as a manager at your peril."
