"We recently decided to tweak our fence line so we had a few existing fence sections, previously installed by Bruce Fence about 5 or 6 years ago, moved about 6 feet further out from their location in order to pick up some extra footage in our backyard. The job entailed new posts (which i admittedly became quite impatient with the extra weeks it took to order them), but otherwise our fence panels were reused, with the addition of 1 new panel. Chad, CJ, and one more installer did a fantastic job and we are very happy! Chad explained the procedures as they went along and asked for our opinions whenever there was a choice or decision regarding placement. Because there were gas and electric lines in that area, they had to hand dig the new post holes rather than being able to use a machine, and they did so carefully, with no issues. They were even kind enough to remove an old wooden post for us as a favor. Our gate swings open and closed freely and smoothly, which can sometimes be a challenge. The guys were professional, courteous, and helpful and completely cleaned up any debris from the job. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend. Thank you, Bruce Fence, Chad and crew!"

"Went with Bruce because the price was decent compared to 1 or 2 other quotes i had gotten. 10k for about 40 sections or so installed along with 3 gates. Not sure why but they cheap’d out on the hardware they used to install the fence. Used only nails and not a single screw in any of the sections. Had the job done in may of 21 and had about 10-15 sections either fall down or come off the posts on at least 1 side in the past year and a half. You would think for 10 grand they could have used $20-30 worth of 3” screws. I called 1 time when i had a section fall down but the lady that i spoke with acted like they couldn’t be bothered with it and said it would be more than a month before they could come out lol. I just hung up after hearing that. Went around and put 145 or so 3” screws into the fence. 4 into each section. Poor installation and customer service. Id recommend going elsewhere."

"Wish my experience was better. Sales team was great. Fence was not installed straight. At time of installation it was agreed that in order to avoid existing fence footings the installer could install the fence outside of the existing fence line. Instead the installer installed one post on the existing line and the rest on a different line so the fence is not straight. Also the installer was in a hurry and left old fence debris including a half dozen nails on the driveway. Not sweeping up. Found left over concrete used to set the post on the lawn. Bruce owner said he would fix the fence for an additional fee if I wanted. Poor quality work and irresponsible owner. I would avoid this installer. I’ll fix it myself."

"Bruce fencing added a fence for my neighbor and they moved the survey pin for my property and my other neighbor. I called them probably 5 times and I have been very understanding and just wanted it put back. They also stole the pvc pipe and cap that I had over it marking its location. After fence was in I went to check to make sure pin was still in location and they moved the pipe away from location to make it look like they stayed off the line like they should be. They wanted to come out and put rebar back but because they moved neighbors behind me I don’t 100% know where the exact location should be. I called the survey company and they will re mark it but doesn’t sound like Bruce wants to pay. I was going to use them but definitely not now watch them if you see a neighbor putting in a fence with this company."

"We had Bruce Fence install a fence on the south side of our yard this month. The work crew headed by Howard was very professional, courteous and very customer-oriented. They were prompt and worked diligently until the job was completed. Jeff who came to do the estimate was also very helpful and professional as was Mellissa in the office I spoke with several times. We are so satisfied with the quality of their work and craftsmanship they are coming back to give us an estimate for a new fence on the north side of our yard. They came to us highly recommended from a friend and they lived up to their great reputation."
