"Fantastic experience replacing carpet with luxury vinyl planks. Rocco gave us a number of great choices and didn't try to upsell us to anything we didn't need. Pricing was extremely competitive. The installers Steve and his assistant did a fantastic job with the carpet tear out and installation. They showed right on time worked efficiently and kept the job site very tidy the entire time.. They even added leveler to make everything perfectly flat and took care of some nail pops at no extra cost. All of the seams and transitions are perfect! They even had to work around a brick fireplace hearth, transition to existing hardwoods and every part was done to perfection! We are so pleased with the outcome. Carpet one will be our go to location for flooring until we finally escape from New York in a few short years. Thanks to the entire team making us some super happy customers!"
