"I feel that I paid too much for my visit, on top of having to pay a lot in taxes upfront, just to have my preparer enter the information verbatim from my forms. I wish they would have told me I could just do it at home for free. I did appreciate the peace of mind of knowing my taxes are submitted since it was the last day, but I still think it was too expensive for what it was. I also wish staff hadn't been so lax about their face masks."

Your STAFF is the reason I think so highly of your company."

"It was a great experience but our tax preparer had a hard time finding the correct forms we needed. She seemed confused and unsure. I was a little worried she had put in the wrong information. She had to continuously go back and fix mistakes she had made. It made me very unsure and not very confident. She lacked knowledge and understanding. We will not be using her next year"
