She was very rude on the phone multiple times, difficult to get a hold of, and did not follow up with me. I would not want to buy or sell my house with her. If she commits to following up with you she will not, especially if she replies in incomprehensible short hand text."

She told me to "snap out of it" she told me "you live in a different world" and that I come from a "different planet". Very unprofessional with a horrible attitude. I cannot believe someone would hire and keep someone so unprofessional and offensive. The management should be ashamed. Clearly Milana doesn't know how to deal with customers. She has no manners. She doesn't know how to talk to people. She is not professional. I do NOT recommend working with this person or this office."
