"Hello and thank you for reading. As a tenant that lives here I can say that this place is really nice it is always clean the staff is appropriate, kind, and always on top of things. The "tyrant" is actually very kind, always helpful, and does not have a mean bone in her body. Our first landlord let things slide so that "tyrant" is stepping up and fixing things that shouldn't have been looked over. This placestill has things that need to be worked on and she is doing what she can when she can. As for the security guys who were watchingTV, sleeping, or not stopping fights or "drooling of the girls" have been let go now the security who is here do their job. They job is more then just sitting and watching monitors they have to go on rounds and make sure nothing bad is happening, follow up on reports, and they talk to us to make sure we feel safe.Yes they use the bathroom or have a smoke but as soon as they are needed they are right back to their post. Now as for the tenants that live here no one is going to be nice and friendly and a sweet candy child every single moment of every single day and unless you give respect, respect is not going to be given back to you. If you don't like this building I'm sure Crimson Heights or some other place like that has an available room for you. This place is amazing, there are nice people here, all staff is great, security makes you feel safe, and there are so many other amazing things about this place and things will continue to improve under our new management from the "tyrant" who is a sweet candy women."

"I have been here almost a year and a half and it's the first place I can actually call home. The staff goes above and beyond to help the tenants in any way they can. Are there rules? Yes like in most appartment Complexes and your are given 3 written warnings in a one year period you can be evicted. But on that I will say I couldn't find a better place to live."

"They hook you in by saying the employees and residents will be treated like family. And rudeness will not be tolerated but it's a lie. The new manager Mary is an absolute tyrant. They will evict you for things that never happened. If you move in and they decide they don't like you they will find the smallest things to evict you for. Some of the residents are nice but most of them are extremely disrespectful. And they never take the tenets complaints seriously. And the security guards are never where there supposed to be they are either outside smoking or watching TV on there phones or drooling over the girls. Honestly the place is absolutely horrible. Honestly crimson heights is a better place to rent from. Heck even dollingers is probably better than this place and this is coming from a former resident."
